How we help

Three ways we guide you through the process.

We help you understand the system, prepare your information thoroughly, and know what to expect at every step.

Application guidance

If you haven't applied yet, we'll explain the process, help you understand what records you'll need, and walk you through SSA's forms in plain English.

Denial & appeal support

If your claim was denied, we'll help you understand why, what the appeal options are, and how to gather what you'll need before the 60-day deadline.

Connecting you to help

When your situation calls for an attorney or accredited representative, we'll connect you with one in our network at no cost to you.

Conditions we help people understand

Don’t see your condition?

 — qualifying for SSDI depends on more than diagnosis alone.

How it works

A simple, no-pressure way to get started.

You’re under no obligation. The first conversation is informational — we help you understand where you stand and what your options look like.

01

Tell us about your situation

Answer a few questions about your work history, condition, and current stage in the SSDI process. Takes about 2 minutes.

02

Get a free consultation

A consultant reviews your situation and explains the process, what the SSA looks for, and your realistic options — all by phone.

03

Choose your next step

Move forward with our guidance, get connected to a representative in our network, or simply walk away with information. No pressure.

Why people choose us

Honest guidance.

SSDI decisions are made by the Social Security Administration based on individual circumstances. What we offer is preparation, clarity, and support through a process that’s notoriously hard to navigate alone.

01

Plain-English explanations

SSA paperwork is dense and confusing. We translate it into language anyone can understand.

02

Free initial consultation

Our service is completely free — no fees from us at any stage, and no obligation.

03

Help in all 50 states

SSDI is a federal program. We work with people from every state — phone, video, or text.

04

Honest about what we can do

We do not guarantee approval — no one legitimately can. What we offer is preparation and clarity.

05

Confidential & respectful

Your information stays private. We never share details outside our team without your permission.

06

You're never alone

Most people facing SSDI feel overwhelmed. Having someone walk through it with you makes the process less stressful.

Common questions

Things people ask us most often.

Are you a law firm or attorneys?

No. We are an independent consulting service — not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. We help people understand and prepare for the SSDI process. When a situation calls for legal representation, we connect you with attorneys or accredited representatives in our network at no cost to you.

Can you guarantee I'll get approved?

No, and no one legitimately can. Only the Social Security Administration can decide whether to approve an SSDI claim. Their decisions are based on your specific medical evidence, work history, and circumstances. What we offer is help understanding the process, preparing your information, and knowing what to expect.

Anyone who promises approval in advance is not being honest with you.

How much does your service cost?

Nothing — our service is completely free. There is no cost from our end at any stage, and no obligation.

If you later choose to work with an attorney or accredited representative we connect you to, any fee belongs to them — not us — and is strictly capped by federal law at 25% of past-due benefits or $9,200 (whichever is less), payable only if your claim is approved.

How long does the SSDI process take?

Initial decisions typically take 3 to 6 months. If denied, the reconsideration stage takes another 3 to 6 months. If a hearing is needed, that adds another 7 to 18 months depending on your state and local hearing office. In total, expect 12 to 24 months from start to final decision for many cases.

We’ll explain timing for your situation during the free consultation.

Do I need to send you medical records?

Not at the consultation stage. We start with a phone conversation about your situation — work history, condition, and where you are in the SSDI process. We’ll explain what records may be needed and how to obtain them if you move forward.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Anything you share with us stays confidential. We do not sell or share personal details, and we only discuss your situation with the team and any representative you choose to be connected with. See our privacy policy for full detail

Are you affiliated with the SSA or government?

No. We are an independent private consulting service. We are not part of, nor endorsed by, the Social Security Administration or any government agency. SSDI applications are filed directly with the SSA — we help you understand and prepare for that process.

What if I'm not sure I qualify?

That’s exactly what the free consultation is for. SSDI eligibility depends on more than just your medical condition — work history, age, and the nature of your limitations all matter. We’ll walk you through SSA’s criteria and help you understand whether it makes sense to apply.

Ready when you are
